This has become one of the reasons customers consider using Sumut Mobile. The research method used was descriptive with qualitative analysis. The research data was obtained through interviews with four sources who were employees of Bank Sumut. Based on the results of the study, the role of public relations has proven to be very effective in improving the public service acceleration programme related to digitalisation at Bank Sumut. The public relations team plays an important role in designing and implementing communication strategies that successfully promote the bank's digitalisation initiatives to the public. Through creative marketing campaigns and transparent communication, public relations has succeeded in increasing public awareness and acceptance of the digital services offered by Bank Sumut. The background of this research is driven by the increasing use of social media as a marketing tool, including in the car rental service industry. The main focus of the study is to identify and understand how CV Anugrah Rent Car Medan utilizes Instagram features to promote its services. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through direct interviews with relevant parties at CV Anugrah Rent Car Medan. Data analysis was conducted by describing the findings from the interviews and linking them to concepts of digital marketing. The results indicate that CV Anugrah Rent Car Medan has successfully leveraged Instagram effectively as a promotional medium. The utilization of this platform includes the use of photos, feeds, stories, status updates, viewers, and hashtags to broaden the reach of its car rental service promotions. By maximizing the available features on Instagram, CV Anugrah Rent Car Medan has been able to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of its services in the market. In conclusion, the descriptive qualitative approach provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of Instagram utilization as a marketing tool for car rental services. The study aims to provide an overview of the public’s perception of the police in combating begal crimes in Medan. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with residents who are familiar with police performance in addressing begal cases, direct observation of related activities, and documentation of the interviews. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three concurrent activities: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The study was conducted in Medan with six (6) informants residing in the city. The findings indicate that the perception of Medan residents regarding police performance in tackling begal crimes remains unsatisfactory. The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Tebing Tinggi has taken initiatives to reduce the prevalence of early marriage through various programs and communication activities. The Ministry of Religious Affairs in Padang Hulu plays an essential role in preventing the community from engaging in early marriage. This study aims to explore the communication strategies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Tebing Tinggi in preventing early marriage in Padang Hulu Subdistrict. The research method employed is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, which seeks to describe and explain actual conditions based on factual evidence. Data were collected through interviews with four respondents, consisting of the head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, members of the institution, and two community members. The Ministry has implemented several efforts to prevent early marriage, including outreach to community leaders, subdistrict officials, and neighborhood heads. Programs initiated by the Ministry include the Sakinah Family Counseling Program and the selection of religious cadres, which are expected to discourage early marriage practices among the community. Learning is a process of behavioral change through education or, more specifically, through training procedures. From the traditional perspective, learning is an effort to acquire a certain amount of knowledge. The purpose of this study is to find out how family communication patterns enhance children’s learning motivation in Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research applies a qualitative approach, carried out through interviews and documentation with a descriptive nature. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
